Mia Finn brings more than 20 years of experience in finance and project management transformation to the team.
A Vancouver native with a career that’s taken her through Europe, the United States, Asia, and Latin America, she’s worked across mining, technology, retail, pharmaceuticals, and CPG — giving her a global, real-world view of how organizations grow, adapt, and reinvent themselves.
Known for her grit and grounded leadership style, Mia has guided award-winning teams and supported large-scale operational design initiatives throughout her career. She studied business and accounting at Münster University and is qualified in both PMP and Change Management.
She is also a member of the Decision Science Professionals community, reflecting her commitment to thoughtful, evidence-based decision-making.
Today, Mia brings her projectdesign expertise into the silviculture sector, helping shape the future of Cariboo Carbon Solutions through practical systems, strong oversight, and collaborative problem solving. Her strength lies in connecting strategy to execution, building processes that work for people, and rolling up her sleeves whenever the work calls for it.
